Lockheed Martin in Troy Alabama was a contract through Newell Roadbuilders. This federal contract was for the soil stabilization and erosion prevention of the large soil stockpiles that were created in preparation for this important site. This included the silt fence around the entire perimeter of the site, as well as hydroseeding the large slopes near the buildings being constructed, as well as the slopes of the soil stock piles that were made, as well as flat grassing the top of the stock pile.
