Contract for Waste Management for the final capping of one of the landfill cells. This site was soil tested multiple times and had to be dealt with in a very specific way due to the nature of the soil. While a challenge, we were able to find the best species of grasses that could handle the soil, while providing the best soil stabilization possible, as well as making sure the soil pH and nutrients were brought to a more reasonable level.
